Our Take
This one aims for a sweeping epic feel and mostly gets there, thanks to some genuinely striking visuals and a protagonist you actually root for. The pacing stumbles in the middle when the story pauses to explain its world, and the ending lands harder on spectacle than emotion. Still, it’s a solid watch if you like underdog stories with a sci-fi twist.
