Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Samurai Jack accidentally bumps into an easily irritated wizard, who turns him into a chicken. Before he can catch up with the wicked sorcerer, Chicken Jack is captured and forced to fight for his life in Creature Combat Club.
Our Take
A goofy change of pace that leans fully into slapstick, and it mostly works. The silent-fight-club stuff is genuinely funny, with Jack’s dignity intact even in chicken form, though the middle stretch runs a bit thin on ideas. A light, disposable half hour, but an enjoyable one if you’re in the mood for it.
