Summary
Rick forgets to check his oil, and must repair his car.
Our Take
Rick’s car battery turns out to contain a mini-universe full of slaves generating his power, and the show somehow makes that both hilarious and genuinely unsettling. The B-plot with the car protecting Summer is the real highlight, escalating into dark comedy that lands every beat. A tight, clever half hour that deserves the high rating.
