Our Take
The finale sticks the landing better than most cartoons manage, giving Pops a sendoff that’s genuinely emotional without getting sappy. The big space battle looks great and the montage at the end is a nice payoff for longtime fans. If you’ve stuck with these characters for eight seasons, this hour earns the feelings it’s going for. Worth it.
