A low-key Mordecai episode that leans on awkward romantic panic rather than the show’s usual absurd escalations, and it mostly works because of that. The alternate-timeline gag is a fun idea but runs out of steam before the midnight payoff. Pleasant and quick, though nothing you’ll remember by February.
