Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Ned, Chuck, and Emerson go to Olive’s nunnery to solve a murder. However, Olive is nervous that she will reveal to Chuck the secret identity of her real mother.
Our Take
A middling outing that leans hard on the nunnery setting for charm while the mystery itself stays pretty thin. Olive’s secret-keeping gives Kristin Chenoweth some good anxious comedy, but the back-and-forth about whether she’ll spill drags more than it should. Still a pleasant hour with the show’s usual visual polish, just not one you’ll remember by next week.
