Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Van refuses to give Emily her own office, so she challenges him to a game of Green Arrow darts to get it. However, the rest of the team warn her that Van doesn’t handle failure very well. Meanwhile, Teddy falls in love with a superheroine that rescues him.
Our Take
Van and Emily’s escalating dart showdown makes for a fun, petty centerpiece, and Alan Tudyk sells every bit of Van’s fragile ego. The Teddy subplot is thinner and gets by mostly on Ron Funches being charming. A solid, lightweight half hour that coasts on the cast more than the writing, but it coasts well.
