Summary
When the Wayne X people call Emily a nobody, she signs Teddy up for an inter company invention contest without his knowledge. Meanwhile, Van pressures Ron into building things for his girlfriend’s child.
Our Take
This one leans hard on Emily’s neediness as a plot engine, and it wears thin when Teddy’s invention contest storyline exists mostly so she can learn an obvious lesson. Ron and Van’s subplot has a few decent moments, mostly thanks to the cast’s timing rather than the writing. A middling half hour that passes quickly but doesn’t leave much behind.
