Summary
Donna and Joe tie the knot, while April attempts to keep the wedding running smoothly. Ron creates an awkward situation between Tom and Lucy. Jen Barkley arrives at Ben and Leslie’s house with an interesting opportunity.
Our Take
A warm, low-stakes wedding episode that mostly runs on charm rather than plot. Retta gets some great material and the Donna-Joe ceremony lands nicely, even if the Tom-Lucy awkwardness feels like reheated leftovers. The Jen Barkley subplot quietly plants seeds for the finale. Nothing groundbreaking, but it’s an easy, pleasant hour that fans will enjoy without loving.
