On Ann and Chris’s last night in Pawnee, Leslie throws a grand farewell party and attempts to fulfill one last promise. Meanwhile, Tom, Ben, Ron and Andy struggle to find the perfect going away gift for Chris.
Our Take
A genuinely sweet sendoff that earns its tears without getting sappy. Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe get a proper goodbye, and Leslie scrambling to keep one final promise lands both the jokes and the emotion. Ron and Chris sharing a quiet moment is an unexpected highlight. It drags slightly in the middle, but the ending sticks. Worth your time, especially if you’ve been with these characters for six seasons.
