Summary
Leslie and Ron drive to Indianapolis to receive commendation for the upcoming Pawnee Harvest Festival. Tom hosts a launch party for a local cologne maker in hopes of pitching him his fragrance “Tommy Fresh.” Meanwhile, Andy and April discover how to have fun without spending any money.
