Episode Summary & Review
Summary
When Leslie tries to get Ann a job at city hall, her lukewarm reaction causes their first ever fight. Tom invites the entire department to the Snakehole Lounge to help him promote his new alcohol, “Snake Juice.”
Our Take
The Leslie and Ann fight feels earned and surprisingly real for a sitcom, and Amy Poehler and Rashida Jones sell every awkward beat of it. The Snakehole party half is pure chaos, with drunk April and Andy delivering some of the season’s biggest laughs. A rare episode that balances actual emotional stakes with total silliness, and it lands both.
