Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Maddie meets a family member she didn’t know existed; Caspian and Maddie meet an uploaded astronaut and her family on earth; Renee helps Holstrom break free of his hard drive.
Our Take
The astronaut subplot gives this episode its best material, and the scenes between her uploaded consciousness and the family she left behind land with real weight. Everything else feels like table-setting, with Holstrom’s escape moving slower than it should. A decent middle-of-the-road hour that’s worth watching for the emotional core, even if the season’s bigger plot barely budges.
