Episode Summary & Review
Summary
In a flashback to 10 years prior, Wendy struggles with depression, Del asks Marty to be his financial adviser, and Agent Petty faces a family crisis.
Our Take
The flashback structure mostly pays off, giving Wendy and Marty’s marriage a history that felt a bit abstract before. Laura Linney does heavy lifting in her younger, unraveling scenes, though some of the Del material retreads ground we already inferred. A slower, quieter hour that builds character rather than plot, worth watching but not essential.
