Our Take
A lighter, sillier hour that mostly works because the show’s comedy has always been its secret weapon. Jimmy’s storyline lands the best emotional punch, while Kara’s dating misadventures are hit-or-miss and Lois gets stuck with the thinnest material. Fun enough, but it feels like a breather episode, and the villain plot barely moves forward.
