Summary
Superman finally gets answers to who he is and where he came from, while coming face to face with The General, leader of Task Force X. Meanwhile, Lois and Jimmy must find Superman before Dr. Ivo destroys Metropolis!
Our Take
A heavy, emotional hour that finally pays off the season’s biggest questions, and the confrontation with the General lands harder than expected. The Ivo rampage in Metropolis keeps the stakes real while Clark’s identity crisis gives the episode its weight. Some of the middle stretches drag a bit, but the ending hits hard. Worth your time.
