Episode Summary & Review
Summary
There’s a mysterious superpower support group on the estate where people with powers go to talk about their problems. Meanwhile, Alex is in the hospital recovering from being stabbed and a group of Devil worshipping scouts turn up at the community center.
Our Take
A fairly standard premiere that spends most of its runtime setting up the new status quo. The support group premise has some funny moments, and the scouts subplot delivers the show’s usual crude chaos, but the whole thing feels a bit tired, like it’s going through the motions. Watchable enough if you’re already invested, though longtime fans may notice the spark fading.
