Summary
Alex sets off on a mission to try to recover what was stolen from him, but Jess is worried about how far he’s willing to go. Meanwhile, the mysterious Abby arrives at the community centre and Rudy tries to find out more about Nadine.
Our Take
This one leans hard on Alex’s revenge storyline and it mostly works, even if the quest feels a bit repetitive after last week’s setup. Abby is a welcome wildcard who shakes up the group dynamic, and Rudy gets some genuinely funny material. The Nadine mystery simmers nicely without much payoff yet. A solid mid-season hour that’s entertaining in the moment but doesn’t push the season forward much.
