Summary
Most of the League battles with powerful alien nanotechnology, but realize that the waves of self replicating robots cannot be simply destroyed. The diminutive Atom shrinks himself to stop the robots from the inside.
Our Take
A fun, straightforward monster-fight episode that leans hard on spectacle, and mostly gets away with it because the swarm of self-replicating machines is genuinely creepy stuff. The Atom steals the show once he shrinks down, giving the hour a scrappy underdog energy the big brawls lack. Light on character work, but a solid, well-paced action half hour.
