Episode Summary & Review
Summary
It’s not always sunny in Philadelphia: An apocalyptic storm is bearing down on the City of Brotherly Love, and everyone’s in panic mode, except for Frank.
Our Take
A solid mid-season episode that leans on Frank’s bizarre calm while everyone else spirals into hurricane panic mode. The bunker scheming and Dee’s meltdown land some good laughs, but the premise runs out of gas before the half hour does. Worth a watch for Frank alone, though it never reaches the heights of the season’s best outings.
