Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The gang sets out to discover the joy of Christmas. Their holiday adventure includes a sleighful of stolen toys, childhood videos, naked elves and a bloody encounter with Santa Claus.
Our Take
The show’s first hour-long episode mostly earns the extra runtime. Charlie’s rampage against a mall Santa is the highlight, and Frank’s childhood video confession is exactly as disturbing as you’d hope. The naked elf bit goes on longer than it should, but the finale, with its claymation bloodbath, sticks the landing. A mean-spirited Christmas special that fans will rewatch every December.
