Summary
The gang go to court to talk their way out of a parking ticket they got on the night of the final game of the 2008 World Series.
Our Take
A courtroom framing device gives this one a decent structure, and Charlie’s unhinged defense antics land the biggest laughs. The flashback structure gets a bit repetitive in the middle stretch, and some bits feel like retreads of better episodes. Still, it’s a solid entry with enough good dumb energy to justify the half hour.
