Summary
A newspaper columnist calls Paddy’s the worst bar in Philadelphia, and the gang kidnaps him in an effort to force him to change his mind.
Our Take
A solid mid-season entry that leans on the gang’s escalating incompetence as they try to strong-arm a critic into retracting his review. Charlie’s desperate attempts at hospitality are the highlight, though the hostage premise runs out of steam before the ending lands. It’s funny in fits and starts, but not one of season 4’s sharper episodes. Worth a watch if you’re already along for the ride.
