Our Take
This is a weirdly specific premise that mostly pays off, with Mac and Charlie’s escalating paranoia doing the heavy comedic lifting. The conspiracy rabbit hole drags a bit in the middle stretch, but the payoffs are stupid in the best way. A fun detour, even if it’s not an instant classic.
