Summary
Colleen seeks to train Danny not just physically but emotionally for his upcoming rematch with Davos. Meanwhile, Joy offers Davos some advice and then makes a call to Ward.
Our Take
A quieter setup hour that mostly works because Colleen and Danny’s training scenes give the season’s best relationship some room to breathe. The Davos and Joy material drags by comparison, though it sets up the endgame well enough. Not much action, but the emotional groundwork feels earned for once. Worth watching, even if it’s clearly the calm before the finale’s storm.
