Summary
Bakuto frees Ward from the psych hospital but demands a heavy price in return. Meanwhile, Danny must surrender himself to save the Meachums.
Our Take
This one moves quickly but feels like filler in disguise, with Bakuto’s shakedown of Ward carrying more weight than Danny’s latest self-sacrificing spiral, which we’ve seen several times already now. The Hand politics get a little clearer, which helps, and Tom Pelphrey does good work with Ward’s unraveling. Watchable, just not an hour anyone will remember by the finale.
