Tony and Lucky have set out to turn a run-of-the-mill 2014 Chevy Caprice PPV into an insanely powerful street car making over 1,000 horsepower! That’s more HP than literally any American car produced today. They take a 5.3 LS engine, bolt on a giant turbocharger, and then let those things sing!
