Summary
Cullen solves a Chinese labor strike in the wake of violence. Meanwhile, Durant pulls Mickey deeper into Union Pacific business.
Our Take
This is a solid middle-of-the-road hour that splits its attention between Cullen’s strike negotiations and Durant’s scheming, and the Chinese labor storyline finally gets some real weight after being sidelined too long. Anson Mount does a lot with quiet scenes, though the Mickey subplot feels like setup for later rather than its own story. Worth a watch, but not one you’ll remember by season’s end.
