Our Take
This one’s a solid middle-of-the-road hour that mostly works as a pressure cooker episode, with the labor standoff giving several characters something real to chew on. Common’s Elam gets the strongest material, though the Swede’s scheming is starting to feel like the show spinning its wheels. Worth watching if you’re already invested, but it won’t convert anyone new.
