Summary
While Lex lays siege to the LOD after coming up short with his Ozone Machine, Bane travels to Italy to fix a pasta maker… and win Nora’s affection.
Our Take
Bane’s Italian romance is the highlight here, and the show knows it, giving his awkward courtship of Nora plenty of room to breathe while the Lex storyline sputters behind it. The pasta maker subplot is exactly the kind of weird sidestep this series does best. A pleasant enough hour, though the Lex material keeps it from being more than that.
