Hypnotist Jervis Tetch comes to Gotham looking for his sister Alice, and hires Jim to find her. However, Jervis has some secrets of his own that he doesn’t want anyone to find out. Meanwhile, Oswald announces his candidacy for mayor while Jim meets Lee’s fiance.
