Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The prophecy is finally fulfilled; an ancient demon rises and the Demon Revolution begins. The Ministry struggles to save humanity from the powerful Ryndok, and Gary learns something new about his body.
Our Take
A surprisingly big swing for a show that usually coasts on Gary’s deadpan misery, and it mostly lands. The apocalyptic stakes give the jokes more bite, and the body reveal is a genuinely funny twist rather than a cheap gag. Some of the Ministry scenes drag when Gary’s offscreen. Worth your time, especially if the low-key episodes were starting to blur together.
