Our Take
Most of this hour is setup we’ve seen before: Arya’s training inches along, Sansa gets a scene that’s more grim than surprising, and Cersei’s situation just gets bleaker. Then the last twenty minutes happen. The battle at Hardhome is sudden, chaotic, and genuinely scary, with a final image that makes the whole season worth it. Skip ahead if you must, but don’t miss the ending.
