Summary
The Faith Militant grow increasingly aggressive. Jaime and Bronn head south. Ellaria and the Sand Snakes vow vengeance.
Our Take
A slow burn of an episode that mostly sets the table, with the Faith Militant crackdown in King’s Landing providing the strongest material and Lancel’s turn landing genuinely unsettling. Jaime and Bronn’s road trip is fun but thin, and the Sand Snakes arrive with more menace in the writing than in the performances. Worth watching, just don’t expect the plot to move much.
