Our Take
A rare Zoidberg-centered episode that finally gives the poor guy some backstory, and the friendship between him and the Professor is oddly touching. The 1950s flashback stuff looks great and the running gag about why Farnsworth keeps him around pays off nicely. It’s slight and the middle drags a bit, but the ending lands warmer than most episodes manage.
