Summary
The crew takes a trip inside Fry’s body to save him from parasitic worms.
Our Take
A clever premise with real follow-through, as the microscopic adventure inside Fry turns into one of the show’s sweeter character episodes. The worms making Fry smarter gives the Fry and Leela storyline an actual emotional complication instead of just a gross-out gag. It’s funny, weirdly romantic, and holds up as one of season three’s better outings.
