Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The Elrics are at Bradley’s mercy; if the brothers make one wrong move, those dearest to them will pay. As Mustang quietly gathers allies at his side, Ed discovers there may be no need to find a Philosopher’s Stone.
Our Take
A tense, talky hour that mostly works because the threat feels real. The scenes with Bradley pressing the Elrics are genuinely unsettling, and Mustang’s quiet maneuvering gives the episode some forward motion. It drags a bit in the middle when characters restate things we already know. Still, the cliffhanger energy and the reveal about the stone make it worth your time.
