Our Take
A quieter, sadder Halloween episode than you’d expect, and that’s mostly to its credit. The sibling dynamic gets some real attention here, and the parents feel like actual people instead of punchlines. A few of the jokes land softly, but the melancholy undercurrent works. Worth your time, especially if you’ve been waiting for the show to slow down and breathe.
