Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Cornfed leaves for a much needed vacation. While he is away, Duckman becomes mesmerized by a black model/private eye who quickly gets him involved in a world of murder, power, lust and every black exploitation cliché that exists with a side of a Spelling/Goldberg production.
Our Take
A full-on blaxploitation parody that leans hard into the genre’s clichés, sometimes cleverly, sometimes just loudly. The gags about Spelling-style production values land better than the murder plot, which is mostly an excuse for style jokes. Cornfed’s absence is felt, and the episode drags whenever it forgets to be funny. Fun for genre fans, skippable otherwise.
