88 dies, briefly.
Our Take
A strange, slight half-hour that leans hard into the show’s deadpan weirdness, with 88’s brief death played more as an office inconvenience than a crisis. Some of the dry gags land, especially the staff’s total indifference, but the episode drifts in the middle. Fans will enjoy it, though it won’t convert anyone who’s been on the fence so far.
