Ming’s attack on Earth extends to the seas, as he plans to create the greatest ocean disaster the planet has ever seen. Ming allies himself with the world’s foremost marine biologist, Doctor Maurice Koram, and appeals to his love of the sea world, convincing him to join forces in battling the ocean-destructive forces of modern society. With Koram operating out of his sea platform, all the ocean’s inhabitants obey his orders, joining together to attack mankind!
