It’s a bad day in the afterlife for George as she discovers that her parents are selling the family home—and she’s even more distressed when she finds out why. George also learns that her bike’s been stolen and that her company’s new security chief believes she may be pilfering office supplies.
Our Take
A quietly heavy episode that leans on the show’s sad core rather than the comedy, and it mostly works. George watching her old life get packed up is genuinely affecting, though the office theft subplot feels like filler. Worth watching for the family material alone, even if the pacing drags in spots.
