Episode Summary & Review
Summary
George attempts to pass herself off as a street person’s relative, which puts her more involved in his life and his death than she is comfortable with.
Our Take
This is one of the quieter episodes, and it mostly works because the emotional core is so simple: George has to care about someone she’s reaping, and her discomfort feels real rather than manufactured. The subplot stuff drags a bit, but the ending lands with a weight the show doesn’t always earn. Worth watching if you like the melancholy side of the series.
