Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The Dean’s purchase of a virtual reality system could bankrupt the school, so Jeff must find the device’s creator to save Greendale. Meanwhile, Britta moves in with Annie and Abed, but learns her parents have been paying her debts; and Chang is bitten by a cat.
Our Take
This one splits into a decent VR premise and a Britta storyline that never finds its footing. The Dean’s obsession with the headset gets a few laughs, but the Britta subplot feels like retreading old ground without adding anything new. Keith David is wasted here. A middling hour that coasts on familiar bits, worth watching only if you’re already committed to the season.
