Summary
Chuck faces his first moral dilemma as a spy. When agents Sarah and Casey refuse to help an unauthorized mission that is taking place in Chinatown by a top Chinese spy, Chuck is faced with a tough decision. Meanwhile, Morgan is caught in a dilemma of his own when Buy More forces him into a sales competition that could cost him his job.
Our Take
This is the first episode where Chuck’s spy life costs him something real, and the show handles it without getting too heavy. The Chinatown plot gives Sarah and Casey actual reasons to refuse him, which makes his choice feel earned. Morgan’s sales contest subplot is thin, but it stays out of the way. Worth your time.
