Bernardo insists they must prove Olga is guilty of the swap before they talk to Danilo. Guilherme considers the possibility of running for mayor. Ana Francisca cries when Danilo warns he will insist on his rights as a father. Bárbara screams that she is going to run off with the circus again. Danilo steps in to break up his uncles’ fight. Klaus proposes to Matilde and she demands jewelry. Ana Francisca hastens her plans on learning that Danilo is thinking of moving to the farm with Olga and Tonico. Danilo asks Terêncio’s permission to marry Olga abroad. Ana Francisca says goodbye to everyone, discreetly. Danilo searches the car looking for a suitcase, but Ana Francisca assures him she is only going to sleep at the farm. Terêncio is informed that he cannot return to the police force. Peixoto becomes the police chief. Peixoto confesses everything to Danilo. Márcia tells Timóteo she is pregnant. The clown confesses that he painted the painting at Olga and Bárbara’s request. Danilo goes after the two of them. Peixoto shows Danilo the real portrait. Guilherme warns that Ana Francisca is leaving. When Danilo arrives at the farm, the balloon is already in the sky.
