Danilo discovers the truth about Tonico’s kidnapping. Ana Francisca warns that her family will have to accept her fiancé. Tonico says he heard the word when he was about to be released. Mocinha asks whether there were two kidnappers and declares the confusion over. Tonico tells his mother that one of the bandits was named Juvenal. Terêncio assures Ana Francisca that he will look for the suspect. Ana Francisca and Sebástian set the wedding date. Márcia declares that she will soon be the first lady. Peixoto confesses to Olga that he knows who kidnapped Tonico. She tells him to keep quiet so as not to implicate her father. Danilo overhears everything. Vivaldo has the wall repainted, where someone made a caricature of him dressed as a clown. Sebástian reacts upon learning that Tonico knows Juvenal’s name. Peixoto tells Danilo everything. Graça advises Klaus to buy the tiara. Ana Francisca confesses to Mocinha that she does not feel happy. Danilo asks Guilherme for help.
