Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Michael helps a woman track down her cousin, who’s caught up in a human trafficking scheme, but is dismayed when Madeline becomes involved in the plot to rescue her.
Our Take
A solid if familiar client-of-the-week hour, lifted mostly by Sharon Gless getting real material instead of just nagging from the porch. The trafficking plot is heavy stuff that the show handles with reasonable care, though the rescue itself goes pretty smoothly for the tension it wants you to feel. Worth watching for the mother-son friction, which lands better than the case does.
