Summary

After the accident in the desert, Walter and Jesse need to dispose of the unfortunate mess in their rolling lab of an RV, and Skyler begins to suspect that Walter and Jesse are involved in some mysterious goings-on.

Our Take

The aftermath: one dealer dead, the other chained to a basement pole, and two amateurs who don’t know what to do with either. Walt returns home to a family planning his interventions while he lies about where he’s been. The cleanup attempt — dissolving a body in hydrofluoric acid in a bathtub upstairs — goes catastrophically, and the ceiling comes down in a red waterfall. The show’s first great set piece: the horror is logistical, and it’s unforgettable.
