Summary
Another stasis pod lands and Tarantulas gets there first, releasing Blackarachnia. Rattrap’s loyalty to the Maximals is questioned by Optimus and he nearly joins the Predacons.
Our Take
A fun Rattrap-centric episode that leans on his natural snark to sell a fairly obvious double-agent plot. The infiltration beats are predictable but the character work makes up for it, and Blackarachnia’s debut adds a genuinely interesting new wrinkle to the Predacon side. Not essential viewing, but an easy, entertaining half hour if you’re already on board.
